MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

Our management is here to help! Management team members are on-site Tuesday-Saturday ready to assist.

At Tribute, we have an on-site maintenance team present Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

At the Tribute, our service technicians are happy to handle your maintenance requests Monday-Friday while you enjoy everything Raleigh has to offer! You aren’t required to be home for us to complete the work; simply grant permission on your work order, and we’ll take care of the rest. Of course, if you’d prefer to be present, you are more than welcome to be there.  If the fix involves a part we need to receive from our vendors, it may take additional time to complete. If this is the case, if needed, we will let you know when we expect it and when we will return upon receipt.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals. If there is an after-hours maintenance-related emergency, please call our office.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Tribute offers multiple parking options so your arrival home is even easier. Parking options include general parking in garage with a few limited spaces outside as well as reserved spots for $45 per month.

Tribute apartments offer a plethora of amenities our residents love. Instantly when you arrive at the property, you will love the welcoming atmosphere of the clubhouse community room, a business center, the Yoga room where you can grow your flow, the 24-hour gym where you can crush your fitness goals, and in the summer a resort-style pool with lounge chairs where you can relax and unwind after your work week.  We also provide a bark park, so your furry friends can experience Tribute lifestyle right alongside their forever friend.

Tribute is proud to be pet-friendly and allow cats and dogs.  We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. Prior to move in and at renewal, residents will register with PetScreening.com to validate their status. There is a one-time fee of $350 and a monthly fee of $25 per animal. Call our leasing office to discuss the breed restrictions or any other questions you may have.

In each of our Tribute apartment homes, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher, so you can cook to your heart's content. You'll also find a washer and dryer in every home to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. Our Tribute apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.  With that said, if furnishings are needed, we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor like CORT Furniture Rentals which provides furnishings at an additional cost.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

We aim to approve all applications within 24-hours, but may take longer if additional verification is requested from you. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal after registering with BiltRewards.com where you can earn rewards that can be redeemed! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, credit card or through MoneyGram. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

Our renter's insurance requires the policy to list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party.  Personal property coverage is also recommended.  We have three different options for renters' insurance, obtaining your own from your agent, using eRenterplan.com or you can pay $18 a month to Tribute for liability coverage. Tribute is equipped for Spectrum and AT&T services.

At Tribute, we know life doesn't always go as planned. If your situation changes, we offer lease buy-out options with a 60-day notice and a lease break fee. Please contact our leasing team to discuss your specific circumstances—we’re here to help you navigate your lease change options.

At Tribute apartments, services such as water, sewer, trash, pest control will be billed through third-party Conservice, but you do not need to contact them, you are automatically set up at move-in. However, you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with Duke Energy and cable/internet service with Spectrum or AT&T.

At Tribute, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly Conservice utility bill for water, sewer, trash, and pest control services through our online portal for added convenience!

Based on the current school assignments The Tribute Apartments, the base schools are: York Elementary, Oberlin Middle  School, and Sanderson High School.

When reviewing an application to rent at The Tribute Apartments, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

All applications are screened through TransUnion TruVision to verify identity, credit, rental history, and criminal background. You may be contacted by to provide additional documentation to verify your identity. Please be aware that bankruptcies, legal judgments, or outstanding balances owed to previous landlords may result in a denial.

You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! Tribute is located in the center of it all! You are close to dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation opportunities. Get to know the area more on our Neighborhood page.

All are welcome to come take a tour! Call our property staff to arrange the best time so there is no wait and enough time to answer any questions you have about your new home!

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about Tribute apartments get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

We currently do not offer self-guided tours; however, you can contact our team to schedule a tour of your future home at Tribute.

We want to show our guests’ everything Tribute has to offer, but we also value your time. If you're on a tight schedule, simply let your guide know that you would like to bypass the tour of amenities and prioritize a viewing of your future home.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, a government issued photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Due to our central location off Glenwood Road, residents should expect moderate noise levels consistent with an active urban setting.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or any paint color changes. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

Tribute does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for utilities billed thru Conservice for water, sewer, trash, and if applicable, monthly pet rent, reserved parking or storage rental depending on resident's circumstances.

Tribute does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

We want Tribute to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.  All of our community spaces are ready for individual resident use without any charge!

The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits or bond coverage based on approval status and any applicable utility fees. If you have an approved pet, monthly pet rent and deposit will be added.  Rentable items such as reserved parking or storage fees will be added.
